I understand - because I’ve been there.
After the birth of my daughter, everything shifted. My priorities changed overnight, and I found myself struggling to keep up while staying connected to who I was. I felt pulled in every direction, trying to give my best to everyone - except myself. It wasn’t until I began using gentle, consistent practices like mindful movement, breathwork, restorative yoga, and intentional rest that I started to feel grounded again. I created the R.E.S.T.™ Method to help women like you reconnect with their energy, bodies, and sense of self - without needing hours of free time or a complete lifestyle overhaul.
Even something as simple as eating became a wake-up call. I was finishing my daughter’s meals - tiny bites meant for a toddler - not realizing how far I’d strayed from the foods that actually supported my body. and balanced my hormones. Once I started nourishing myself with vibrant, whole foods and tending to my own needs, I finally felt like me again.
The R.E.S.T. Method™ is simple:
R - Regulate your nervous system with gentle practices like somatic movements and kundalini yoga to shift out of fight-or-flight and into calm and ease.
E - Eat mindfully by consuming simple, nourishing foods that give your body what it truly needs.
S - Sense the body by integrating simple somatic yoga and movements to help you ground into your body.
T - Transform your daily routine with micro-habits and rituals, including breathwork, meditation, and intuitive movements that turn everyday chaos into a supportive rhythm.

About Kelly

As a mom and someone who has spent the past 14 years working full-time in Corporate America, I have experienced burnout firsthand. This led me to create the R.E.S.T. Framework, born out of my own need for peace. After years of pushing, people-pleasing, and powering through, I now help women like you reconnect with your body, breath, and being through techniques and small yet effective practices. My goal is to help you feel rested, radiant, and rooted in who you are.
I am a graduate of YogaRenew's 200 Hour Hatha/Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training, 30 Hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training, and 30 Hour Restorative Yoga Teacher Training, as well as Uplifted and Kundalini University's 200 Hour Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training and Uplifted's 75 Hour Somatic Yoga Teacher Training. I've had the privilege of learning from some of the industry's best teachers, and I’m here to support you every step of the way on your journey with yoga for women.
It’s not about doing more. It’s about coming home to yourself.
